Most people already have the technology required to use Telemedico.

• A desktop or laptop computer
• Strong internet connection
• Webcam (external or built-in)

For the best connection on Telemedico, we recommend upload and download connection speeds of at least 3Mbps.

Telemedico is not compatible with any version of Windows Vista.

Keep your browser updated with the latest upgrades to optimize performance on Telemedico. Please keep in mind that your computer’s security settings may interfere with either the videoconferencing plugin or the Telemedico platform. Please ensure individual settings allow for application downloads and that Telemedico is defined as an exception to any firewalls or other security barriers.
